I just wanted to get started before Mussa changed his mind.  Not that Peyton is a bad pick, but I wanted to get either LT or Priest Holmes and I thought they'd be gone for sure in the top 2.  If I wasn't white, I'd dance all over the office.

One more thing-- Lists should be MANDATORY.  Don't have a list, and lose your pick.

That's the gayest thing I've ever heard regarding FF.  We have 2 months until season, you guys need to relax a little if someone doesn't have a list or makes you wait.  Yes that was me twice last year, but MANY other people made us wait too.  

Losing a pick is not an option, that would ruin the whole draft.  

If we would have done that last year, 2/3rds of the teams in the league would have lost atleast one pick.  Making it mandatory may change that a little, but a lot of teams would still get screwed.  

A lot of us have lives, where we can't sit around 24/7 waiting for our picks.  I could spend 7 hours checking in to see if my pick is up, and the moment I leave my pick comes up, then a whole other round goes by and another pick comes up before I get back.  I'm not going to be giving lists of 20+ picks each time I leave the comp.

Send an farging list... and go live your life.

I am usually on all day and not at nite.  But i will bring home my computer now that the draft started.  Just in case Murp, call my cell if I am holding things up at some point.

We have a month and a half until the season, calm down.  This is a 10 team league, the draft will go fast.  If you have some agenda that calls for finishing the draft a month before the season, then go join another league.

Stop being a whiner.  If you're not going to be around...or if CA time gets in the way, send a list with a few players on it.  It would take you literally two minutes, provided you're not an idiot.

Sending in picks sucks, you never know what the people in front of you are going to do.  I don't have time to cover every possibility, make a list that covers 2 rounds (20 picks) every time I leave the computer.  That's just lame, we have ALL the time in the world to finish this draft.

now that we started i quick made a list of the top players i want for the positions, i had all the players picked on my list so im checkin them off as this gets going.  by the time number 20 & 21 rolls around i should have a decent shot a two more decent starters.  

so yea murp keep me on speed dial too if i don't respond in time, ill let u know who i want if im not on the computer.

It's simple, we have all the time in the world, the draft is supposed to be fun, not some anal bith convention about timing, lists, and proper conduct.

That is the reason we are doing it on the board, so we all can enjoy the flexability of the draft.

And in a 10 team league, you can't just send a list of a couple names, it needs to be double digits everytime because most of us will be away from the comp for long periods of time everyday to, you know deal with life.

No, actually, most of us would like a live draft but it seems impossible to find time for all the league to agree on.  I want to get the draft over as soon as farging possible so my girlfriend doesn't castrate me.  

So if you're up in less than a round, send a farging list if you're going away from the computer. I see no reason why we can't get at least one round done per day. Stop whining like a little bitch.

If you're going to be anal on day one of the draft you might as well drop out, or you'll be nagging the whole time and make the draft a stress festival instead of being fun and relaxed as it should.
