Favre's entire career is a non stop highlight reel of him running around in the backfield and making some of the most rediculous improv plays you'll ever see.

I'll break it down Barney style for you.

non stop = continuous.  as in, without pause.

highlight reel = individually great plays shown one after another.

him = favre

running around in the backfield = avoiding defensive players attempting to tackle him while remaining beind the line of scrimmage in an attempt to make a play downfield by throwing the football to another player on his team.
