After watching our special teams yesterday I'd rather have Andre Davis, or ABSOLUTELY ANYONE who can catch and return. I like McCants, but this team has other, more pressing, needs.

My best guess is that they expected to know by today whether or not Akers will miss the season.

Regardless, they could put Gras on IR and sign Darnerien, if they really wanted to stay true to their word. Then they could sign Keyonta if they have to put Akers on IR.
