RB Dilemma - Your Thoughts?

In my keeper league I have the following RBs:

Kevin Jones
Shaun Alexander
Cadillac Williams
Willie Parker

Last week I was going to start Parker but stupidly benched him in favor of Alexander because I thought Hurricane Ophelia would effect the JAX-SEA conditions. But when I saw it was going to be all good I started Alexander. But Parker put up 209 total yards. And Cadillac put up 130+ too.

So now I'm facing the same dilemma...do I risk sitting studs like Jones or Alexander? I'm going to start Parker but I don't know which guy to bench in favor of him. Jones vs. Chicago or Alexander vs. Atlanta?

Thoughts?

Alexander is a top notch player. He had a bad game last week, he's gotta bounce back. At least I'm convicing myself of that, since I have him in two leagues.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Jones is going up against Chicago and even though they have a pretty solid defense, they did allow 120 yards to Portis and the inept Skins offense last week so I don't see why Jones shouldn't be able to put up similar numbers.

Alexander is running against the Falcons defense and I suspect he will get a lot more carries than Reid gave Westbrook against them, especially down near the goal line.  Alexander is, imo, a must start every week.  So play him.

Williams has to go up against Buffalo and they've had a solid defense for the last few years.  Of all your running back matchups I think this is the least attractive one.

Pittsburgh is going against Houston.  Not a bad defense but not a great one.  Rothlesburger is hurting right now which means the Steelers may actually throw less than the 11 passes they tossed last week which should mean plenty of carries for Parker.

I'd go with Alexander, Parker, Jones and Williams in that order.

Stay away from alexander, he got no line

parker is a must start for the simple fact that pittsburgh will definitely be winning the whole game thus tons o runs...they are only team of the four you can say that about

buffalos d is righteous so caddie is out

id go with alexander in the end...theres a reason you spent your #1 pick on him

Yeah, I'm definitley starting Parker. I wanted to start him last week, but pussed out and started Alexander and Jones instead.

I like Parker against the HOU defense. The 'Lac is staying in the garage. It still comes down to Jones or Alexander. I am leaning towards Alexander. I like the fact that ATL will be traveling cross country on a short week after their own little Super Bowl.

Feva

Yeah, you can't sit Alexander.  That's a no-no.  Sit Jones if you're gonna sit one of them.

Go with Alexander and Parker.

That's who I rolled with, Feva. And I'm glad I did.

Even though Cadillac had another nice game...Alex & Parker are giving me points. Jones ate ass today.
