NFL Network just did a Top 10 show featuring the worst teams in NFL history.  Here's the list:

10.   1990 Patriots
9.     2001 Panthers
8.     1989 Cowboys
7.     1996 Jets
6.     1980 Saints
5.     1968 Eagles
4.     1990's Bengals.  Yes, the entire decade.  It was also noted that the Bengals had the opportunity to hire Bill Cower and instead chose Dave Shula.  The Saints had also made their initial offer to the Bengals in 1999 in order to get Ricky Williams and the Bengals turned it down, instead opting for Akili Smith.
3.     1972/73 Oilers
2.     1960's Cowboys
1.     1976/77 Bucs.  They played their first game in Houston and when they left the locker room to take the field, they made a wrong turn, got lost and headed towards the parking lot.

The good news is that *WE* are the oldest team on that list, which means it doesn't really count.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

They brought up the booing Santa thing during the segment on the Eagles and showed a video of Santa riding around the field but they had nothing that showed him getting boo'd by fans or getting snowballs thrown at him.

The 2007 Philadelphia Eagles are trying very hard to make this list.

I'm not surprised that the 1968 Eagles made the list, but the 1972 team should be there, too. They were at least as abysmal.  :puke
