I would imagine Carr would find some work rather quickly. He's been solid the past 3 years I think he was more the product of a garbage O-line and offense in general than him being crappy. Sure, he hasn't lived up to expectations being the 1st pick overall, but he is still a decent NFL QB and if I was a Panthers fan I would be clamoring to pick up Carr, give him a good O-line, and see what happens.
