Looks like there might be two versions of the new Xbox, one for hardcore gamers, one for casual fans:

GameStop dropped all their PS3's down to 200 beans since Friday. Not sure if its permanent but hell of a deal for a 160 gig.

Diablo III became the fastest selling game of forevers, was unplayable the first day for most people, and has a bit of a hacking problem, which seems to effect the people who have authenticators for their accounts to prevent that sort of thing.

I don't understand.  People with legitimate copies they purchased are having their accounts hijacked by punks from Korea and Romania?

China, usually. It happens often enough in World of Warcraft that Blizzard has gotten extremely good at restoring those accounts. Gold farmers make money selling gold to people there, and since Diablo III has a real money auction house built in they don't even have to go through as many hoops to cash out.

Curt Shilling's company that made Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, 38 Studios, is essentially dead, and Curt is probably going to lose all his money from it.

In better news, the latest Humble Indie Bundle is out. This one has Psychonauts and some other shtein I could not care less about, so I picked it up. I hope to play it some time this year, but I don't know if that'll happen since I started playing Fallout: New Vegas again.

Epic is releasing a new Gears of War game already....very unexpected from most Gears fans. A lot are guessing it's gonna be a short prequel to the first game with some add ons and such for Gears 3 online....Epic has already come out and said there will be no more DLC for Gears 3, so many think this game will serve as an expansion pack to it or something.
