I dont know if the Revolution is going to be the greatest game system or the worst , either way some of the things they are coming up with are truly interesting.

i guess it'll be less gay later...but i think your right...this system is like their "all in" of the consol poker game. this will either save their asses...or flop with this.

i am leaning towards getting one, only because they plan to keep it under $250.

i think kids in japan must be getting fat too or something for them to make a controller thats motion sensative.  very cool idea, but it better be damn good and accurate.  im gonna go ahead and say that these controllers are going to break in record numbers.  not from being poorly made, just from idiots swining it around all the time.  hitting the coffee table, knocking over your beer, hitting you buddy in his face, slipping out of your hand and crashing through the window.

I dont know if any of you have seen someone who did this before... i remember a couple kids way back in the day (first nintendo) who would jerk the controller up when trying to jump mario somewhere.   It was hilarious to watch and yet now some 20 years later they are making it a new feature that works.  ha.

Sounds like Nintendo ought to take a nice fat insurance policy out to deal with all the frivolous lawsuits they'll attract when idiots cut themselves by hitting the coffee table, or smacking someone in the mouth, etc.  Surely kids will injure themselve and others if they are swinging and throwing inside.

Those are the same kids who when they're playing a driving game will move their hands and lean their bodies when making left and right turns.

Finished Far Cry Instincts Evolution which is the sequel to Far Cry Instincts. Both games were excellent, Evolution was better. Was more of a challenge and you got to use your Feral Adrenaline powers a little more.

MaddenMania's BigHerm has a franchise file(Ps2) with most of the changes done for next season(draft, FA). I'm going to download the file to my EA Locker tonight.  Just add me to you friends list online, I'm "MMChillout",  then go to my Ea locker and download the DraftFA file. You can play games in play now by exporting the teams you are using to other game modes. Go to play now and hit circle to load the teams.

PS3 details, and they are very disappointing details, which ensures I won't be getting the system.

Price:  20 gig HDD version - $500
60 gig HDD version - $600

The $500 model doesn't have an HDMI output, internal Wi-Fi or memory card slots.

The controller is the exact same thing as the DS2 except for triggers instead of L2 and R2 buttons which look almost exactly like the regular buttons, and the wireless and other new features. It also does not have rumble technology.

System release date - November 17th.

The November 17 release date is a total joke, it won't be released till '07 at the earliest. They're putting that date out there so fans won't get disgruntled and run off to buy a 360.

Just started 'Chronicles of Riddick' which I picked up for $10. So far the games pretty good, graphically its outstanding.
