He should know the route anyways. If a receiver is supposed to be behind him on a deeper crossing route guess what? He should know.

In the NFL you have to know who is where.

So even if he thought it was going to a guy behind him he is a dumbass.

While he may have thought it was to someone else, most receivers would try to grab any ball in their vicinity. I've seen guys disrupt nice passes to teammates because they could reach it, especially in the red zone.

I don't think he was ducking out of fear, but he did let a pass he could have caught go without any effort. And the lack of effort there is a little disturbing.

If that pass was to him, it was a horrendous throw, and he had every right to have the split second reaction that it must be to someone else.

i have a sneaking suspicion had the eagles just signed lloyd we might be looking at that clip with a different set of eyes
