The Eagles have enough money to retain Rod Hood, and they probably should.  I don't even know why he's being mentioned in these trade rumors, because you have to believe they value him much more highly than the Packers do.  Plus, he was a UDFA, and we know how much Andy loves them.

The BIGSTUD

He played his best game of the season IMO against the Packers.

That is why I brought it up. Also we've traded a nickel corner to them in the past - Al Harris.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

ice grillin you

Oh, come on.  He even gave the "FWIW" disclaimer.  Cut the guy some slack.

Do you realize how boring this board would be without speculation?

I'm only going to report Reuben Frank updates from now on, since he was spot on with that whole Finneran signing.  :-D

QuoteCowboys | K. Johnson released
Tue, 14 Mar 2006 13:22:17 -0800

The Dallas Cowboys have announced the release of WR Keyshawn Johnson.

phattymatty

as much as i hate keyshawn, we could use a big, old, slow receiver with good hands to go across the middle.

rjs246

farg Keyshawn. farg him in his stupid ass.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

PhillyPhanInDC

Anyone here Terrell Owens just got cut? He had his problems in San Fran, but I think our locker room could keep him in check. Besides, the guy only wants the ball thrown his way. Thoughts?

we should get keyshawn and then see what ricky watters is up to.

Big NO on Keyshawn, for several reasons:

  • He's a fleshpop.
  • For a guy who has caught a lot of passes in his career, his TD totals are paltry (e.g., 2001 -- 106 catches, 1,266 yards, 1 TD).
  • He's relatively slow.
  • He's a big douche.

I think I'd rather see Greg Lewis back at # 2 than that turd.
