ESPN reports the Buffalo Bills have signed free agent WR Andre' Davis (Patriots) to an undisclosed contract.

Sirius is reporting Brees turned down a 6 year $50 million deal with Miami. Wow. Also reporting Randle El turned down the Bears initial contract offer. A caller on Sirius said the reported deal ARE turned down was for 5 years $25 million.

Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports free agent WR Antwaan Randle El (Steelers) has rejected a contract offer from the Chicago Bears. His agent is still in contact with the team to keep talks open.

Harvey Fialkov and Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports free agent QB Drew Brees (Chargers) turned down a six-year, $50 million contract because only $2 million of it was guaranteed, according to a report in the San Diego Union-Tribune. The Chargers only guaranteed $2 million because of the uncertain status of his surgically repaired right shoulder.

Brees is due more than 2 mil guaranteed, and someone will be happy to top that number.  I'd have turned that deal down, too.

You read it wrong. Brees turned down a 6 year $50 million deal from SD, not Miami.
