they arent signing both harper and machado but i would be shocked if they didnt go all out to get 1.

their new tv deal kicks in i think next year...theyve been well under budget for the last 2 years and will be for the next 2....they have no committed $ for 19/20/21 outside of the herrera deal.

They're not signing Bryce Harper.  They don't want him and they definitely don't want his insanely bloated salary weighing them down for the next 10 years.
