it would be foolish of any nba team not to involve your mega star a say in who his coach is going to be....nba isn't like the nfl or mlb where you have lots of starting positions and huge rosters that have to be managed....nba is a different animal

Ordinarily I'd say Jay is right about players not having a say in the coaching hire but come on... this is LeBron James.  Is he really going to stick around in Cleveland if he's not given a say in coaching and personnel?    I'd give him whatever the farg he wants including a piece of the action.

if you disagreed with his real point you should have been all up in the arms about it when he said it.....the fact that steve kerr won with the warriors has absolutely nothing to do with what he was saying....but nice try at the awesome internet gotcha moment
