LeBron literally had no one to pass the ball to if he was expecting them to score.  Yet he single-handedly managed to steal two games from the best team in the NBA.

Also - LOL @ the "couldn't be happier" nonsense.  Iguadala is just the latest in an unending cavalcade of Philly athletes who whined their way out of town and onto championship teams.  What's there to be happy for him about exactly?

Not 1 vote for Curry.  Yes he was up and down but damn he is a joy to watch.  One more shot of his family and I'm going to puke but that yong man is an amazing ball player.

blatt is a farging clown show, good for lebron
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

PhillyPhreak54

lol yeah good for him to show the guy up. Handle it privately and professionally. The only clown show is Lebron and his kiddie antics.

phattymatty

so during the game, the best player of all time should just suck it up and run a shtein play drawn up by a shtein coach. got it.

i don't understand the lebron hate. MJ was a much bigger ass bag then lebron but everyone loves him still.

PhillyPhreak54

Yeah you do what the coach says because...he's the coach. If it doesn't work out then you get after him in private but you don't pull some diva shtein or undermine him.

This goes for any professional athlete in any sport. Don't be a douchebag.

And I hate the fact that players should get a choice or input on who the coach is. It shouldn't work like that.

Rome

I'm on Bron-Bron's side here.   Too many incompetent coaches have ruined opportunities for truly elite players to win championships as we know all too well.  I'm not crazy about the histrionics, but I can understand his frustration.

SunMo

so then i guess Blatt's assistant coaches were out of line when they grabbed his dumb ass and kept him from calling timeout against the Bulls?

ice grillin you

certain players reach a level where they earn the right to be shot callers....lebron is clearly at that level

certain coaches are out of their league and shouldn't be listened too by anyone much less LeBron....blatt is at that level

this really was a perfect storm that was bound to happen

the blame is not to LeBron or blatt its to the idiot cavs for hiring blatt ten days before free agency....its not like they had to pounce because blatt was such a hot commodity...why wouldn't you have waited to see how the lebron decision turned out then hired a coach with his input

still tho after everything Cleveland wins the title with LeBron and blatt if kyrie and/or love don't get hurt...so how bad could it have been really

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

PhillyPhreak54

I'm not absolving Blatt for his in game mistakes and strategic errors.

And no that's what assistants are there for. They're coaches too.

But players shouldn't be actively undermining their coaches. Nor should they have one iota of a say in who their new coach is

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

MDS

you are actually doing the opposite of keeping it real....real is lebron not pretending david jewface blatt is worthy of his respect just because he happens to have the title of 'coach'
