Welcome to this seasons edition of Playoff Fantasy Football! We will update this with the playoff teams on Monday morning.
Slight change in roster positions from previous years. (removed Flex position and added QB)
Rules: Players can be picked from PLAYOFF teams only.
1) Team consists of the following:
QB
QB
RB
RB
WR
WR
K
Def
2) You may only pick one player per team. For example you cannot have both Eli Manning and Brandon Jacobs on your team. There are 12 teams in the playoffs for you to choose from, you need to fill 8 spots.
3) The team that scores the most total points by the end of the SB wins.
4) It is an elimination FF game because once a player's team loses, that player obviously will get you no more points and you may NOT replace that player.
5) You must send me an PM on this board with your roster by Friday, January 2nd at 11:59pm. I will post the teams in this thread after the deadline.
6) I will score the teams after each playoff weekend
Rules: Points
Passing
1 point per 25 yards
6 points per passing TD
Rushing/Receiving
1 point per 10 yards
6 points per TD
Punt and Kick Offs
Return yards do not count
6 points per return TD
Kicking
3 points for any FG
1 point for extra point kicks.
Defense
1 point per sack
2 points per INT
2 points per fumble RECOVERY
2 points for a safety
6 points per TD
Here are your playoff teams.
Remember you can pick only one player per team.

Get your picks in!
Only have about 6 right now
I was planning on doing this but am now thinking better of it. It was relaxing to not have any fantasy football players to care about last week.

Douchenozzlepoosie.
Indeed.
In a hope to get a few more teams in I'm delaying the cut off for this until kick off of the Atlanta game today - 4:30pm EST
It's not all that hard people. rjs in particular should be able to blindly throw together a dominant team if his recent Keeper performance is any indicator of his chances.
Here are the teams....good luck everyone.

That would be my better half - she just reads and doesn't post much.
She is the one that does up the spreadsheet for this pool and actually one it a few years back.

Yeah, me too. Just realized that I put in BOTH QBs from last night's game. Guaranteed to lose one of the two.
And I picked Atlanta on top of everything else. I hope that Michael Vick is gang-raped by a pack of feral Dobermans.
I'm awful as this fantasy sports garbage.
Here are the results from Wildcard Weekend....

Yeah, my grand strategy of picking two quarterbacks from one playoff game is paying dividends.
(Or my lack of attention to this thing proves that it's all just dumb luck...)
And the final results are....
Congrats to Geowhizzer!
